What we provide
Orchavo helps with agreed email, inbound calling and permission-based texting workflows such as new inquiries, estimate follow-up, and permitted customer reactivation. Your scope identifies the workflow, allowance, review responsibilities, reply owner and start conditions. We do not operate your entire business or promise bookings, sales, revenue, or inbox placement.
Your office remains responsible for service advice, quotes, scheduling, customer decisions and emergencies. Email and texting allowances are included in the subscription. Calling needs a separately accepted quote and verified setup.
Before service starts
Accept your invitation and scope, complete the business brief, and confirm the authorized sender, contact permissions, reply handling and service hours. Billing and message delivery are separate: payment alone does not start sending. Orchavo and your business must complete the agreed connection checks before delivery is enabled.
Plans, billing and renewal
Standard prices in USD: Launch $99 monthly or $990 annually; Growth $249 monthly or $2,490 annually; Scale $499 monthly or $4,990 annually. Enterprise is quoted separately. Annual plans are charged once per year and save the equivalent of two monthly payments. Applicable taxes are additional. Stripe displays your total and billing interval before you confirm payment.
A subscription renews at its selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. The next billing date and cancellation status are available in Billing → Manage billing. Agreed additional services require a separate quote; automatic overage charges are not enabled.
Monthly message-attempt allowances are 100 for Launch, 300 for Growth and 750 for Scale, with one, up to two and up to three workflows respectively. Limits reset by UTC calendar month, including on annual plans; unused allowances do not accumulate. Provider acceptance is not proof of delivery or a completed sale.
Cancel or pause
To stop renewal, sign in, open Billing and select Manage billing to use Stripe’s cancellation controls. Review the effective date and confirmation there. If you cannot access those controls, contact hello@orchavo.com or record a cancellation request in Support. A support request is recorded for review; it is not itself confirmation that Stripe has canceled the subscription.
Pausing messages only stops new submissions. It does not cancel billing, recall messages already submitted, or issue a refund. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are also separate actions.
Refunds and billing problems
Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges or unused time. If you believe a payment is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or relates to a service we could not provide, choose Refund or billing issue in Support, or email hello@orchavo.com. Include the invoice reference, date and reason; never send full card details.
We review the request against your agreement, payment records and applicable rights, then confirm the outcome in writing. A submitted request is not an approved refund. Any approved refund is processed through the payment provider, whose processing time may vary. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Permissions and oversight
You must have authority to supply the contact information and request the follow-up. Keep permission evidence accurate and respect opt-outs. Review exact drafts or explicitly authorize the displayed standard templates. Template authorization expires after 30 days and may require renewal when the wording or sender changes. Replies, opt-outs, payment problems, limits and uncertain delivery outcomes can stop or hold work for review.
Keep your account and private invitation links secure. Do not submit unrelated sensitive records, other-service passwords, illegal content or emergency requests.
Support, changes and data
Support hours and responsibilities are set in your service scope. This portal is not live chat or an emergency service. If a material change to scope or price is needed, we will explain it before asking you to agree. Do not approve an unclear scope; request corrections first.
See Privacy & data for providers, backups, exports and deletion requests. To close an account, contact us from your account email so we can verify ownership, reconcile billing, and confirm what is deleted or retained.
